DIRECTIONS TO AURON
We advise you to take the A8 motorway (coming from Aix en Provence or from Monaco and Italy), exit Saint Isidore, then N202 direction Digne, then 30 Km, junction for Auron.
Be careful, in winter, if you want to pass by the Cols Restefond or Bonette, they are always closed, and this, from the first snow. Do not systematically follow the instructions of your GPS!
For the summer, possibility to take the road of the Grandes Alpes, by the pass of Restefond / La Bonette (2860 meters), the highest road of Europe, or the GR5 with foot, which connects on 2.600 Km the sea of North (Hoek van Holland) to the Mediterranean Sea (Nice), passing by Auron.
Summer and winter, two regular buses in the morning and afternoon are departing from the bus station of Nice, with stops as the train station and the Nice Côte d'Azur international airport.
